Ordering in seconds
All the valuable data you need to raise orders quickly is held on the system for immediate use.
There’s no need to look up a supplier’s address or fax number. You don’t have to hunt around for their partnumber or a price. If you buy the same item from different people then the system will even find the cheapest for you!
First you specify the supplier you want to use. Then enter the partnumber you need, how many you want and when they should arrive (although the system can work this out too).
Then print out the order and mail, email or fax it to the supplier.
Raising an order really does take only a few moments - and it’s right first time. |

Receiving the goods

Once they’ve been received onto the system they are visible to everyone who needs to know they‘re in stock.
The system can now produce a goods received note and labels, or the items can be immediately issued from stock to the shopfloor.
